Your information
How Thorrington Wellness Centre uses the details you give us on this website.
Who we are
Thorrington Wellness Centre in Thorrington, Essex, is run by Evie Davies, who decides how your information is used. To ask about your information, reply to any email we send you.
What we collect
When you register your interest we keep your email address, your name and postcode if you give them, the things you told us you are interested in, and the date you signed up and agreed to hear from us. We collect nothing else, and no advertising or tracking cookies are set when you visit.
Why we keep it
To send you news about the centre opening: the opening date, the first timetable, treatments, memberships and gift vouchers. We do this because you agreed to it, and you can change your mind at any time.
Who sees it
Only the centre. It is kept on the server that runs this website and is never sold or shared for marketing.
Payments
When booking and gift vouchers open, payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure pages. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it holds.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove you, or until we stop sending opening news, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
